Rain Cloud

The central conflict in the story "When Rain Clouds Gathers " is a fugitive and is on the run . On his run he runs into a lot of people like the old man and the lady that he talks into letting him stay with her. Some of the main characters of the story is Chief Matenge, Makhaya, Gilbert, and Chief Sekoto. Some attributes of Makhaya is that he's sly because he escape, giving because he gave the little girl money, and smart because he registered himself as a residence. The plot summary of the story is that he escape and went to a different town without anyone knowing right away. Then he talk some lady that he saw in the woods I believe and tried to talk her into letting him stay there. He also started working with Gilbert in the farm. Gilbert is a wise man who help the people and the chief dislikes him for that. So this is what's going on so far in "When Rain Clouds Gather."
